Venture School provides an AI-native venture-building platform and related programmes designed to help founders, entrepreneurs, SMEs, students, institutions and organisations develop, validate and build ventures.

Our Services may include:

02Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

If you are using Venture School on behalf of a company, university, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

If a particular programme has additional eligibility requirements, those requirements may be communicated separately.

03Your Account

Some Services require you to create an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe that an account is being misused or these Terms are being breached.

04Using Venture School

You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Introduce malicious code or software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform, except where permitted by applicable law
• Circumvent security or access controls
• Scrape or systematically extract platform data without our permission
• Use another person's account without authorisation
• Impersonate another person or organisation
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights
• Upload malicious, unlawful, defamatory or harmful material
• Use the Services to develop or provide competing services in breach of applicable agreements
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the platform

05AI-Powered Services

Venture School includes AI-powered features that may assist with problem discovery, idea development, market analysis, venture validation, product definition, business model development, MVP planning, pitch development, fundraising preparation, strategic decision-making and other venture-building activities.

AI-generated outputs are provided as assistance and information, not as professional advice or guaranteed recommendations.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable for your particular circumstances.

You are responsible for independently reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs before using them to make business, financial, legal, investment, product or other decisions.

Venture School does not guarantee that AI-generated information will be accurate, complete or suitable for your venture.

06No Professional Advice

Venture School provides educational, informational and venture-building tools.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our Services do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, medical, regulatory or professional consulting advice.

You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions that require specialist expertise.

07Educational Programmes

Venture School may provide courses, workshops, venture sprints, accelerator programmes and other educational experiences.

Programme dates, content, instructors, mentors and delivery formats may change where reasonably necessary.

We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes.

Participation in a programme does not guarantee successful launch of a venture, investment or fundraising, revenue, customers, employment, business success, a successful MVP, or admission to an accelerator or investment programme.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside Venture School’s control.

08Mentors, Faculty and Experts

Some Services may provide access to mentors, faculty members, experts or other contributors.

Opinions and recommendations provided by mentors, faculty or experts are their own unless expressly stated otherwise.

Venture School does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of information provided by any mentor, faculty member or expert.

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on such information.

09Your Content

You may submit, upload, create or store content through VentureSchool.ai, including venture ideas, business plans, product concepts, research, documents, presentations, prompts, customer information, financial assumptions, pitch materials and other venture-related materials.

You retain ownership of your intellectual property in your content.

You grant Venture School a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce and display your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain and improve the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement applicable to your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights necessary to submit content to Venture School.

10Confidentiality of Venture Information

Venture School understands that founders may submit commercially sensitive information.

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

However, you should use appropriate care before submitting highly confidential information, trade secrets, legally privileged material or information belonging to another person or organisation.

If you require specific confidentiality protections, those should be established through a separate written agreement.

11Intellectual Property

The Venture School platform, including its software, design, branding, technology, frameworks, templates, text, graphics and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Venture School and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, reverse engineer or commercially exploit our proprietary platform or materials without our prior written permission.

You may use Venture School materials provided to you as part of a programme or subscription for your own legitimate venture-building purposes, subject to any specific licence restrictions.

12Venture School Frameworks and Methodologies

Venture School may provide proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, workflows and venture-building systems.

These may include the Venture School operating system, venture-building frameworks and AI-assisted workflows.

Access to these materials does not transfer ownership to you.

You may use them for the purposes permitted by your subscription, programme or other agreement with Venture School.

13Subscriptions

Certain Venture School Services may require a paid subscription.

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, included features and usage limits will be presented to you before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew according to the billing period selected at purchase; you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the relevant fees; and subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

We may change subscription pricing by providing reasonable notice where required.

Additional terms may apply to enterprise, university or institutional subscriptions.

14Programme Fees and Payments

Fees for courses, programmes, workshops and other Services will be communicated at the time of purchase or registration.

Unless otherwise stated, fees must be paid before the relevant Service begins.

We may use third-party payment providers to process payments.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and paying applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

15Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights may vary depending on the Service purchased and applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a specific programme, subscription or purchase has separate cancellation or refund terms, those terms will apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16Third-Party Services

VentureSchool.ai may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, software, AI models, payment providers, data sources or other technologies.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Venture School is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

Third-party services may change or become unavailable, and this may affect certain Venture School features.

17Availability and Changes to the Platform

We aim to keep VentureSchool.ai available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may modify or improve features, add or remove functionality, update technology, suspend certain features, perform maintenance, change platform architecture, or discontinue Services where reasonably necessary.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes.

18Beta and Experimental Features

We may occasionally provide beta, experimental or early-access features.

These features may contain errors, have limited functionality, change without notice, be discontinued, or not perform as expected.

Beta features are provided for testing and feedback and may be subject to additional terms.

19Community and User Interactions

Where Venture School provides community features, you are responsible for your interactions with other users.

You must not use community features to harass or threaten others, distribute unlawful material, spam users, misrepresent yourself, solicit users improperly, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or share another person’s confidential information without permission.

We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to maintain a safe and constructive community.

20User Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback or recommendations about Venture School, you agree that we may use them to improve our Services without owing you compensation, provided that we do not use your confidential information contrary to an applicable confidentiality obligation.

21Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on VentureSchool.ai.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed in accordance with that Privacy Policy.

22Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect our Services and information.

However, no technology platform can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for using appropriate security practices, including protecting your account credentials and devices.

23Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, that the platform will be error-free, that AI outputs will be accurate, that information will always be current, that a particular venture outcome will be achieved, that you will obtain funding, customers, revenue or investment, or that the Services will meet every particular business requirement.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

24Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Venture School will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or economic losses arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill or anticipated savings.

Subject to applicable law, Venture School's total liability arising from or relating to the Services will be limited to the amount you paid to Venture School for the relevant Service during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation would be unlawful.

25Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Venture School against reasonable losses, claims, liabilities and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your infringement of another person's intellectual property or other rights, content you submit to the Services, or your misuse of the platform.

This section does not apply to the extent that the relevant claim was caused by Venture School's own breach of law or these Terms.

26Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create a security or legal risk, misuse the Services, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the relevant Service.

Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice before termination or suspension.

Following termination, provisions that by their nature should continue will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, liability and dispute resolution.

27Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Subject to any mandatory consumer rights, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

28Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technology, business or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on VentureSchool.ai with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

29General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where permitted by law.

We may transfer or assign our rights and obligations as part of a corporate transaction, restructuring, merger, acquisition or sale of relevant assets, subject to applicable law.
